The teddy jacket ships from our partner warehouse in Italy (approx. 4–7 business days), while the other items ship from our partner warehouse in China (approx. 8–18 business days, including 1–3 days for processing) – both with tracking to Austria and Germany. You will therefore receive multiple packages.
