Shipping

The coat ships from our partner warehouse in Italy (approx. 4–7 business days); the other items ship from our partner warehouse in China (approx. 8–18 business days, including 1–3 days for processing) – each with tracking to Austria and Germany. You will therefore receive multiple packages.

Always follow the care label in the garment. As a general rule, wash on a gentle cycle at a low temperature, do not tumble dry, dry flat and iron at a low temperature only if needed. Do not wring out knitwear or faux fur; clean leather-look and suede-look items with a damp cloth only. Store jewelry in a dry place and avoid contact with water, perfume or creams whenever possible.
